I found the grounds quite excellent, a good setting for leisurely strolls. The room was restful, equipped with modern conveniences. The food presented faultless quality. I enjoyed the admirable amenities, especially the superb spa, where i experienced relaxing treatments..

I encountered a minor inconvenience. The entertainment selection for New Year's Eve did not fully align with guests' preferences. The tribute singer's performance, while good, did not inspire dancing among attendees.

The Brasserie 32 presents a beautiful room decorated for Christmas. My meal was adequate, and while the dessert was attractive, its taste did not quite match its appearance. Breakfast pastries presented to my friend were regrettably over-baked.

The cosy room i booked in the South Wing featured peeling wallpaper by the headboard. The room restocked water, milk, and biscuits for added convenience, and i think the room was nice. Despite this small defect, the room was comfortable.

I found the grounds beautiful and well maintained, spanning over 400 acres, a true delight to explore. The food was faultless. the staff provided stupendous service, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. the amenities were admirable and catered to every need with thoughtfulness.

the hotel is vast, which can sometimes feel spread out and impersonal, requiring a bit of walking to navigate between areas.

the food tasted good although i had to pre-book my eating times.

the complex is quite massive and it was hard to find my way around at first (i got lost more than once). i booked a two-night stay on a special rate, but i discovered that i needed to pre-book the times i wanted to eat. also, i found the waiting staff in the travelling duke pub friendly, but they did seem stretched.

i really enjoyed my stay. the south wing included a spacious beautiful room and quiet atmosphere. the bathroom was great also. all restaurants provided very good food.

i found that the systems in place for dining were a bit chaotic. tables were not cleared promptly and it seemed understaffed.

i noticed the staff provided buggy transfers from the car park , which was useful. the team ensured our dining arrangements suited our needs. many team members demonstrated attentiveness and a friendly approach , i appreciated it.
